As we approach the end of another year, the annual MIETA Charity Day is a tradition that our organization holds with great importance.
It gives us an opportunity to support causes that benefit people in need through various charitable initiatives.
Over the past 6 years, your chosen charities benefited from over $1.5 million, all thanks to our Montreal trading community's generosity.
On Wednesday November 15th, 2023, our participating brokers, Raymond James, Desjardins Capital Markets, & National Bank Financial will be donating commissions to the charities of your choice.
Ultimately, you decide who benefits from the commissions you pay, but should you be looking to include another organization in your donation pool, we took the liberty of suggesting one that is very close to our heart:
La Maison St-Raphael: a 12-bed Care Home & Day Centre which aims to offer exceptional palliative care services free of charge, to people from all walks of life who are living with an incurable illness.
We provide free, high-quality palliative and wellness care in one of Montréal’s most populated areas to people living with an incurable disease. With respect and compassion, we welcome people from all walks of life, regardless of their social condition, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religious beliefs.
